We’re a small-batch coffee roastery in Portland, sourcing single-origin beans from growers we know by name. Every batch is roasted in-house on a vintage drum roaster, rested, and bagged within days — so the cup in front of you tastes exactly the way the farmer intended. Pull up a chair, order a pour-over, and stay a while.
